Vendor Application Rules and Regulations
Please complete the Vendor Application below to begin the process of vending
at any of High in the Pines community events.
Once you submit this application, you will receive an email with further information and 'next steps'. Please note the following:
• Vendors are responsible for your own collection, reporting, and payment of sales tax per state guidelines.
• Cottage Food vendors must comply with all state laws
• All vendors must agree to comply with our rules and regulations to ensure market goers safety and satisfaction.

•All Food trucks must be properly inspected and registered with the District 10 Health department and must provide their own Quiet Series generator - No electric available.
Pick'n in the Pines - September 18th and 19th 2026
* Weekend Market Vendors $50 Friday, Saturday and Sunday allowed
* Weekend Food Trucks $100 Friday, Saturday (required) and Sunday allowed
Food trucks must be parked in place by noon Friday.
* Vendor booth space is10x10 if you have a bigger tent - Prior approval is required.
* Free Admission for up to two people per booth.
* Vendor booth placement is based on arrival.
* No Electric available.
* No Vehicles or camping in vendor area
* No pets during events.
* A non-refundable vending deposit helps secure your spot and supports the continued growth of Pick'n in the Pines. If anything changes, please let us know as soon as possible.
