Vendor Application Rules and Regulations


Please complete the Vendor Application below to begin the process of vending at any of High in the Pines community events.  Once you submit this application, you will receive an email with further information and 'next steps'. Please note the following:

  
• Vendors are responsible for your own collection, reporting, and payment of sales tax per state guidelines.  
• Cottage Food vendors must comply with all state laws 

• All vendors must agree to comply with our rules and regulations to ensure market goers safety and satisfaction.   
• Vendor Fee: Free for all vendors, ensuring inclusivity and maximum participation.  
• Vendor set up for Events is one hour prior to event opening or

the night prior (encouraged)

For the Baldwin Bazaar, vendor set up is 3pm the day of the event.

For Pick'n in the Pines, vendor set up is by 9am Saturday. Friday Set up encouraged
 

* Free Vending - No Electric provided.

* Vehicle usage will be limited in vendor areas for safety reasons.
* Rustic camping accommodations are available for vendors upon request.  
     Please inquire with your market coordinator for details.
