at any of High in the Pines community events.
Once you submit this application, you will receive an email with further information and 'next steps'. Please note the following:

Vendors are responsible for your own collection, reporting, and payment of sales tax per state guidelines.

Cottage Food vendors must comply with all state laws

All vendors must agree to comply with our rules and regulations to ensure market goers safety and satisfaction.

All Food trucks must be properly inspected and registered with the District 10 Health department and must provide their own Quiet Series generator

No electric available.

No pets during events.
A non-refundable vending deposit helps secure your spot and supports the continued growth of Pick'n in the Pines. If anything changes, please let us know as soon as possible.
